Ingredients
  

For the Coconut Dome

  • 1 cup shredded coconut Plus extra for topping.
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup coconut cream Can substitute with thick coconut milk.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

For the Chocolate Spread

  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar Optional, adjust to taste.
  • hot water Add enough to create a smooth spread.

Preparation

  • Grease a dome-shaped bowl or a bowl of your choice.
  • In a large bowl, combine shredded coconut, condensed milk, coconut cream, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well blended.
  • Spoon the mixture into the prepared bowl and press it down firmly with the back of a spoon.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours until firm.

Making the Chocolate Spread

  • In a separate bowl, mix cocoa powder and sugar, then slowly add hot water to achieve a smooth consistency.

Serving

  • Once the dome is firm, gently run a knife around the edges and flip it onto a plate.
  • Drizzle the chocolate spread over the dome and sprinkle with extra shredded coconut.

Notes

For a twist, try mixing peanut butter into the chocolate spread or serve with fresh fruit or vanilla ice cream. Prepare the dome a day ahead for better flavor.
