Ingredients
  

Lobster Tails

  • 4 pieces lobster tails (about 6-8 ounces each) Fresh is best, but frozen can work.

Garlic Butter Mixture

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted Enhances flavor and richness.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice Adds brightness.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped For garnish and flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before the tail fin. Pry open the shell slightly for presentation.

Butter Mixture

  • In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Optionally add a pinch of paprika for color.

Cooking Lobster Tails

  • Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
  • Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and white. For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.

Serving

  • Remove from oven, drizzle any remaining garlic butter on top, and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Freshness is key for the best flavor. Do not overcook the lobster to avoid rubbery texture. Serving in shells makes for beautiful plating.
