Cooking the Bacon

  • Begin by heating a skillet over medium heat and adding the bacon strips. Cook until golden, about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.

Cooking the Potatoes

  • Once the bacon is cooked, remove it and let it drain on paper towels. In the same skillet, add the diced potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and sauté for 10-12 minutes until golden.

Cooking the Eggs

  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Pour the mixture over the crispy potatoes. Stir to evenly combine.
  • As the eggs begin to set, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and cook until the eggs reach your desired consistency.

Serving the Platter

  • Serve the mixture onto a plate alongside the crispy bacon. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
