  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips For melting
  • Sea salt for sprinkling Optional

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by washing and hulling the strawberries.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, gently fold the chopped strawberries into the Greek yogurt.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, heat dark chocolate chips at 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Take a spoonful of the yogurt-strawberry mixture and dip it in the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully covered.
  • Drop each coated cluster onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • If you’re feeling adventurous, sprinkle a touch of sea salt over each cluster.
  • Pop the baking sheet into the freezer for about 1 to 2 hours, or until the clusters are completely firm.
  • Once set, serve immediately or store them in a sealed container in the freezer for up to two weeks.

Notes

For variations, substitute strawberries with other fruits or use flavored yogurt for added sweetness. These clusters freeze well; just store in a sealed container.
