Ingredients

For the clusters

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

Preparation

  • Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat them in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and glossy.
  • In another bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup if using. Mix until well blended.
  • Gently fold the diced strawberries into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

Assembly

  • Take a spoonful of the yogurt-strawberry mixture and dip it into the melted chocolate, fully coating it. Use a fork to lift it out, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  • Place the clusters on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle any remaining chocolate over the top if desired.

Setting

  • Pop them in the freezer for about 1-2 hours until they are fully set.
  • Once frozen, store the clusters in an airtight container in the freezer.
  • Enjoy whenever you want a delightful treat!

Notes

Feel free to swap the strawberries for another fruit, like raspberries or bananas, depending on your taste! Store in an airtight container in the freezer to maintain deliciousness.
