Preparation

  • In a blender, combine the almond milk, chocolate protein powder, avocado, cocoa powder, honey, and sea salt.
  • Blend until everything is creamy and well combined, ensuring a smooth consistency with no lumps.
  • Taste the pudding and adjust sweetness as needed by adding more honey or syrup and blend briefly.
  • Transfer the pudding to a bowl or container and let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve your pudding chilled and top with fresh berries, nuts, or shredded coconut.

Notes

If you prefer, you can substitute avocado with an extra scoop of protein powder. For added flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or vanilla extract. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
