Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the popped popcorn with a pinch of salt.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips and heavy cream together, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
  • Mix in the peanut butter until completely smooth.
  • Pour the chocolate and peanut butter mixture over the popcorn, stirring gently to coat evenly.
  • Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the base, ensuring it is packed tightly.
  • Chill the pie in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Serving

  • After chilling, drizzle caramel sauce over the top, slice the pie, and serve.

Notes
