Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 1.5 cups crushed chocolate cookies Oreos are always a hit!
  • cup melted butter

For the Filling

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter No crunchy peanut butter!
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping Or homemade whipped cream
  • ½ cup chocolate chips More chocolate is always a good idea

For the Topping

  • ½ cup whipped topping
  • chocolate shavings or crushed cookies For garnish

Instructions
 

Make the Crust

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine the crushed chocolate cookies and melted butter in a bowl and mix until crumbly.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes until the crust is set. Allow it to cool completely.

Prepare the Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until combined.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping and chocolate chips.

Assemble the Pie

  • Pour the filling into the cooled chocolate crust and spread it evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight if possible.

Add the Topping

  • Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pie and garnish with chocolate shavings or crushed cookies.

Serve

  • Slice, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

If the crust cracks, call it rustic charm! Substitute cream cheese with mascarpone for a lighter texture or Greek yogurt for a healthier option. Topping with sliced strawberries or chopped nuts can enhance the pie.
