Marinate the Chicken
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, cayenne, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss in the chicken thighs until they're well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best flavor.
Cook the Chicken
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
