Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Wraps

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite blend)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Lettuce, tomatoes, or any other favorite toppings

Preparation

  • Start by cutting your chicken breasts into thin strips.
  • In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add your chicken strips to the bowl, ensuring they’re coated well. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Cooking

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, add your marinated chicken. Cook for about 6-8 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, sprinkle the shredded cheese all over the chicken. Lower the heat and cover the skillet until the cheese melts.

Assembly

  • Warm up your tortillas on a separate skillet for about a minute on each side.
  • Layer some lettuce and diced tomatoes on each tortilla, spoon the cheesy garlic chicken on top, and roll it up like a burrito.

Serving

  • Slice your wraps in half, serve with your favorite dip or sauce.

Notes

Cheese Choices: Feel free to experiment with cheese! Mozzarella adds a delightful stretch, while pepper jack offers a kick. You can also sneak in some sautéed peppers or onions for added crunch and flavor. Prep the chicken ahead of time and let it marinate overnight if desired.
