  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots fresh or store-bought

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together the oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
