For the Crust

  • 1.5 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling

  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped until stiff peaks form
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup caramel sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Topping

  • Whipped cream store-bought or homemade
  • Extra caramel sauce for drizzling
  • Chocolate shavings optional

Instructions
 

Make the Crust

  • In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined—it should almost hold together like wet sand.
  • Press this mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.

Prepare the Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form—it should look light and fluffy.
  • Set aside about 1/4 of the whipped cream for topping.
  • Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk, caramel sauce, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.

Assemble and Chill

  • Pour the filling into your cookie crust, spreading it out evenly.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

Serve it Up

  • Top your pie with the reserved whipped cream, an extra drizzle of caramel sauce, and chocolate shavings (if desired).

Notes

If you're short on time, consider using a pre-made chocolate crust. You can also use whipped topping for the filling.
