Preparation

  • Start by slicing the cucumbers thinly—think paper thin for perfect flavor melding.
  • Julienne the vibrant carrots and chop the green onions.

Combine the Salad

  • In a large bowl, toss in the cucumbers, imitation crab, carrots, and green onions. Gently stir to mix.

Make the Dressing
