Preparation

  • If using fresh lobster, cook it according to your usual method and chop it into bite-sized pieces. If using pre-cooked lobster, thaw and chop it.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until it’s bubbling.
  • Toss in the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute, letting the aroma fill your kitchen.
  • Gently add the lobster meat into the skillet, stirring to coat it in the butter, and let it warm through for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Squeeze in the lemon juice and sprinkle the lemon zest over the lobster, stirring everything together.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste, then combine all ingredients beautifully.
  • Plate the sauce and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Avoid overcooking the lobster, as it can become tough. This sauce is versatile; try it over grilled veggies, pasta, or even popcorn. Prepare the sauce in advance for quick meals during busy nights.
