  • 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined No shells for easy eating!

Garlic Butter Mixture

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted The magic ingredient!
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced Adds flavor!
  • 1 piece lemon, juiced A little zing goes a long way.

Seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped For garnishing.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to broil.
  • Place lobster tails, cut side up, and shrimp on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Pour the mixture over lobster tails and shrimp.
  • Season with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Broil for about 8-10 minutes until lobster shells are bright red and shrimp are golden.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
