Ingredients

Meat and Seasoning

  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey) Feel free to customize according to preference.
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning Adds flavor to the meat.

Wrap Components

  • 4 large flour tortillas The bigger, the better!
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce Add before serving for extra crunch.
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or American, your choice.
  • 1/2 cup pickles, chopped Optional for those who enjoy pickles.
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing Feel free to add more!

Instructions

Cooking the Meat

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat, and then mix in the ranch seasoning. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.

Preparing Tortillas

  • While your meat is cooking, warm up the tortillas in a separate pan for about a minute on each side until they're pliable and soft.

Assembling Wraps

  • Lay a tortilla flat and add a generous scoop of the seasoned meat to the center. Top it off with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, chopped pickles, and a dollop of Thousand Island dressing.

Rolling the Wraps

  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it from the bottom up to create a snug wrap.

Serving

  • If you like, pop your wrapped beauty back on the skillet for a minute to crisp up the outside. Slice in half, and serve.

Notes

For extra crunch, add lettuce just before serving. Spice it up with jalapeƱos or hot sauce. Any leftover filling can be used in a salad.
