  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored) Choose your favorite flavor!
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) Fresh or frozen can be used.
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds Soaked in water for a gel-like consistency.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) To sweeten the parfait.
  • to taste sprinkle granola Optional, for extra crunch.

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients for smoother preparation.
  • In a small bowl, mix chia seeds with water and let sit for about 10-15 minutes until gel-like.

Assembly

  • In a glass or bowl, start with a layer of Greek yogurt at the bottom.
  • Add a handful of mixed berries over the yogurt.
  • Spoon a layer of prepared chia seeds on top of the berries.
  • Repeat layers until you run out of ingredients, typically two or three layers.
  • Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top and add a sprinkle of granola before serving.

Serving

  • Enjoy immediately or prepare in advance and store in the fridge.

Notes

If berries are out of season, frozen ones can be used. Customize toppings with nuts or coconut flakes. Imperfect layers are okay; taste is what matters!
