  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and scrub the potatoes clean, then cut them into wedges.
  • In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss in the potato wedges and mix until they’re evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and toss again.
  • Spread the seasoned wedges onto a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

Notes

Soaking wedges in cold water for 30 minutes helps achieve a crispy texture. Substitute garlic powder if fresh garlic is unavailable.
