  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese because cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish optional, but adds color

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, and smoked paprika.

Coating and Baking

  • Dip each shrimp into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure it sticks, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and the topping is golden brown.

Garnishing and Serving

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

Don’t skimp on the garlic for added flavor. For picky eaters, chicken breast can be substituted, adjusting cooking time as needed.
