Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), baking powder, sea salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined into a sticky dough.

Shaping and Baking

  • Scoop out portions of cookie dough and place them onto a lined baking sheet. Flatten gently with the back of a fork.
  • Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, until golden around the edges but chewy in the center.
  • Let them cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
