  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract You can also use other flavor extracts like almond or mint.

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, pour your heavy whipping cream. Use an electric mixer to whip it until soft peaks start to form, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract using a spatula.
  • Pour the mixture into an airtight container and freeze for at least 4-5 hours.
  • Once your ice cream is firm but scoopable, serve it plain or with toppings like chocolate sauce or crushed cookies.

Notes

If there's any ice cream left after making, keep it in an airtight container in the freezer. Stir before serving if it becomes too hard.
