Ingredients:
- 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian sweet rolls (kept intact as a slab)
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a baking dish.
- Prepare the Rolls: Without separating the rolls, slice the entire slab in half horizontally using a serrated knife. Place the bottom half on the prepared baking sheet.
- Make the Garlic Butter: In a medium bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
- Spread the Butter: Evenly spread the garlic butter mixture over the cut side of both the top and bottom halves of the rolls.
- Add Cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the bottom half, then add Parmesan cheese on top. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
- Bake: Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Slice & Serve: Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice along the roll seams and serve warm.
