Garlic Butter Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ pounds chicken tenders
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Directions:
- Season the Chicken: Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels. Season evenly with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken tenders in a single layer. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 74°C). Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Make the Garlic Butter: Reduce heat to medium-low. In the same skillet, add butter and let it melt. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30–60 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Combine: Return the chicken tenders to the skillet. Spoon the garlic butter sauce over the chicken and cook for another 1–2 minutes to coat well.
- Finish with Lemon: Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the chicken and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve: Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side. Pair with rice, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
