Ingredients:
For the Steak:
- 1 ½ pounds flank steak

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
For the Salad:
- 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
For the Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
- Season the Steak: Pat the flank steak dry with paper towels. Rub both sides with olive oil, then season evenly with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Cook the Steak: Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for 4–6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness (internal temperature of 130–135°F for medium-rare).

- Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper until emulsified.
- Assemble the Salad: In a large serving bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, avocado, feta cheese, and parsley.
