1 cup uncooked asparagus, chopped
1 tsp fresh lime juice
¼ cup fresh ash, coarsely chopped
¼ medium onion sliced
¼ medium Jalapeno pepper, minced
1 small tomato, sliced
1 medium garlic clove, minced
1/8 yr. Black pepper to taste
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add asparagus and cook until tender (about 10 minutes). Drain the water and place the cooked asparagus in a food processor and puree until smooth. Mix the rest of the ingredients. Relax and serve.
