For me, blueberries and lemon are one of those amazing flavor combinations that always delight my taste buds. So these bright dessert bars make perfect sense.

With just the right amount of tart and sweet, these Lemon Blueberry Bars have quickly become a family favorite and favorite dessert.

Lemon Blueberry Bar Ingredients

For the shell.

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons of Truvia dough mix
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 4 tablespoons of light butter, cold
  • 2 tablespoons of low-fat buttermilk

For the lemon filling.

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 large egg white
  • 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
  • 8 tablespoons of Truvia dough mix
  • ⅔ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ¾ cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar, as desired

How to make lemon blueberry bars

Step 1: Gather and prepare all the ingredients.
