Elite powerlifter Vladimir Shmondenko wants to bring comedy and camaraderie into the gym with his quirky pranks.

The Ukrainian-born muscle man wears funny masks to blend into the gym background, carefully chosen to make most fitness fanatics underestimate him.

To achieve this, he usually dresses up as a cleaner or a pensioner to completely convince people that he is not in the best shape.

But the baggy overalls and outdated clothes actually hide Wladimir’s bulging biceps and enviable six-pack.

He even adopted an online pseudonym for his pranks: Anatoly Powerlifter.

The 24-year-old usually targets tough guys who don’t recognize him and his massive muscles thanks to his sneaky disguises.

He then stuns them into silence by showing off his extraordinary lifting skills while capturing their hilarious reactions on camera.

The strange idea made Vladimir a YouTube and TikTok star and a millionaire.

In one of his latest posts, Wladimir can be seen dressing up as a cleaner while mopping the gym floor to make his ruse more believable.

He approaches two guys at the gym before offering to teach them how to do the ultimate pull-up.

The joker says: “You think I’m Anatoli, I’m a coach here?

“Maybe I can show you a good technique for stretching the muscles?”

The astonished men agree, but seem to watch as Vladimir lifts him up, not hoping he’ll teach them anything special.

But the powerlifter then proceeds to expertly perform multiple pull-ups while even finding time to clap every time he lifts himself.

Many gyms can see heads turning as Wladimir gets the job done with ease challengebefore he dives straight into a set of press-ups.

The powerlifter then transitions to himself next targetanother chunky bloke but decides to raise the stakes.

He warmly asks if he can mop the floor before dropping the mop to move the absurdly heavy weight of the man in front of him out of his way.

After Wladimir lifts it with ease, the gym buff is stunned as he watches the alleged buff carry it without flinching.

He continues to clean before bringing the weight back while the bloke is stunned by the supposed cleaner’s strength.

When he asks Vladimir if he has trained before, the content creator quips: “I only train with a mop.”

His funny videos have become a hit on social media and regularly garner millions of views.

A powerlifter’s online success becomes even more exciting after watching his journey to the top.

Wladimir was born into absolute poverty, but managed to find an escape from his bleak reality by admiring American bodybuilders.

Then, at the age of 14, he unimaginatively built his own gym out of old parts from Soviet-era tractors, wood and bricks.

The powerlifter relied on his family’s produce from their farm to help fuel himself, eating eggs and cottage cheese seven times a day.

After he started seeing some results, Vladimir decided to film his inventive workouts and uploaded his first video to YouTube in December 2015.

She then became a fitness influencer before choosing to produce content that showed the fun side of the gym.
