2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp Lime flavor
½ teaspoon cumin, ground
1 cup of cauliflower florets
1 cup English cucumber, sliced
½ medium red bell pepper, diced
1 cup fresh parsley leaves
1 cup of fresh mint leaves
1 cup of fresh mushtak leaves
1 Cabbage, minced
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
To make the garnish, combine the lime juice, zest, and cumin in a small bowl. Put aside.
On a box grater, grate the cauliflower into a large mixing bowl. Add cucumber, bell pepper, parsley, mint, cilantro, shallot, and red pepper flakes. Pour the sauce over the vegetable and herb mixture, mixing well. Transfer immediately to a serving bowl.
